Who I am
I am Igor Malikov, a freelance SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developer based in Erpe-Mere, Belgium. I have been building solutions on the Microsoft platform for over fifteen years, from simple automations to full migration projects.
Where I come from
My experience goes back to SharePoint 2007 and runs through 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 up to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. I have guided complex migrations and built custom solutions with SPFx, C# / .NET, PowerShell and the Power Platform. That experience means I know what works — and what you are better off avoiding.
How I work
Short and honest: I listen first, draw up a clear plan and build in small steps with a working demo every week. If out-of-the-box SharePoint does the job, I will say so. If an idea costs more work than it is worth, I will say that too. You always know the price before I start.

I work in Dutch, English and Russian, and communicate clearly in whichever language you prefer.

From Erpe-Mere I can be on-site quickly in Aalst, Ghent, Dendermonde, Zottegem and the rest of East Flanders — and in Brussels. Sometimes a conversation at the table solves more than ten emails.
