Privacy and cookie policy
How Malikov handles your data when you visit this website or use the contact form.
Who is responsible
This website is managed by Malikov BV, Groendal 62, 9420 Erpe-Mere, Belgium. For privacy questions you can email hello@malikov.be.
What data we process
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you provide yourself:
- your name
- your email address
- optionally a subject
- the content of your message
The form also contains a hidden field used only to block automated spam. It is meant to stay empty and is not used to identify you.
With your consent, anonymous visitor statistics may be collected through Google Analytics.
Why we process this data
We use your data only to reply to your request and discuss your project. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest of answering an enquiry. We do not use your data for newsletters without your separate consent.
How long we keep data
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up a possible collaboration. After that we delete them, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.
Cookies
This website uses a limited number of cookies and similar techniques:
- Functional: we store your cookie choice locally in your browser, so we do not have to ask again each time.
- Analytical (Google Analytics): placed only after you click “Accept”. These cookies help us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website's cookies in your browser. On a new visit the choice prompt will appear again.
Third parties
For visitor statistics we use Google Analytics, only after your consent. This service may process data outside the European Union, based on the safeguards Google provides. No other tracking or advertising services are loaded.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing or request data portability. To do so, email hello@malikov.be. If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
